The staff was very friendly and willing to help. But... I was a bit annoyed  that when I went to checkout with my 20% off coupon the cashier used it towards the $4 ($.80 off) chapstick instead of the $20 lip gloss! Will definitely check my receipt next time

I visited this location a few days prior their grand opening. I was greeted at the door but the lovely ladies who was there proceeded to their huddle. A lovely employee (too bad I didn't catch her name!) then came and approach me as I hunt for a particular perfume and gave me suggestions. She's indeed very helpful and friendly. I checked out then later came back 10 seconds after to the same girl who rang me up since she double charged me on an item. Another girl behind the counter insisted I fall back in line! Uhhh. RIDICULOUS! When I finally got attended by the same girl who double charged me, she mumbled "How did that happen?!!" then went through the receipt for a minute making it look like it was my fault and that I did something bizarre. No eye contact as she "apologize" for the inconvenience. I'd rather drive ALL the way to Annapolis on my next visit or best yet, just order things online. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I booked 2 appointments online for the signature haircut for myself and daughter arrived at the salon and was greeted by Anne!!! She was great from the beginning I wish I could have had Anne do my hairstyle as well but she was styling my daughters hair and I was assigned to Terri which I will know better the next time I book
 ( note to self do not book with Terri) 
She was very unprofessional from beginning to end and the service from her was mediocre at best.. She washed and conditioned my hair sat me back in her chair then said oh your getting the signature works then walked me back to the shampoo bowl and applied the conditioning treatment and rinsed it out right away without it setting for 5 minutes under a cap  like Anne did for my daughter.. We also in the beginning added eyebrow waxing and Anne took my daughter to get hers done right after her shampoo bowl.. So Anne did exactly in order as should be before the haircut and style, Terri on the other hand rushed through my experience and left me sitting Afterwards as she rushed to leave the store not even close to a professional experience I then waited 20 minutes for someone getting their arm haired removed.. It was finally my turn and the young woman who had done my eyebrows was very sweet and professional which eased my experience that I had with Terri so I guess my opinion is this... 
Your grand opening hasn't even happened yet and I would reconsider having a person who shows the lack of professional experience to the clientele before your store is even showcased to the community.. I would highly recommend Anne and the woman who did my eyebrows were very polite, kind, joyful and professional the girl Terri not so much rushing a first time customer through a mother daughter day that doesn't come often was disappointing to say the Least

Update several weeks later and still no contact with the store manager Stephanie
She's called 3 times during work hours in which I don't make personal calls while at work.. Unless an emergency arises..
So I've tried contacting her at least 10 times during my days off.. 
With no luck always an excuse I also had a return visit for an eyebrow appointment since my initial experience with this company the day of and hours before I had three phone calls with excuses and downright lies to cancel my appointment out they were looking for excuses and one of them that called me happened to be Terry the hairdresser contacting me about my eyebrow appointment to tell me they had no water well you're doing my eyebrows I don't need water for that then another one calls me and tells me the eyebrow technician called out sick so while I was on the phone with her I asked to speak to a manager they gave me an assistant manager who said she was the direct assistant underneath Samantha that assistant manager Petit proceeded to tell me Samantha wasn't there and that the eyebrow technician went home sick so I was told 3 different lies or three different excuses.

I wouldn't recommend these immature employees at this location.. Questionable how other locations must be..
The other region was correct and ignorance and rudeness of some that work there I had gotten. It's a shame because I've waited for so long for a place like this ever since the mall closed and in area and most qualified hairdressers in the area that weren't any longer located near me and I once again will continue to drive 30 minutes to the hairdresser who fixed my hair that Terri at ulta in owings mills chopped up.
