Terrible. They sell luxury but in reality nothing works. Lots of unsavory characters all over the building. Dirty, graffiti, dog feces. If you leave your car unlocked it will get hurricanes by one of the many homeless that walk right through the gate to go look at recyclables. If you're lucky enough to secure a "guest pass" for parking. You have to print it out and run down to your visitor and hand it to them. God forbid for 3 grand a month anyone here does any work themselves. Counting the months on my lease...

Really helpful staff that are dedicated to making you feel comfortable.  They focus on doing the RIGHT thing, not the easy thing.

Good luck in having a live person answer your call at the leasing office.  They have the worst availability for answering calls that I've ever experienced for any business and the longest message ever recorded when you call.  It's quite annoying and aggravating.

I moved into Avalon Studio City December 2016, soon after the building first open after a remodel, I am continuously amazed at how happy I am here! The building and units are in pristine condition the amenities are robust and the staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful! I've been wanting to move to the city for quite some time, but I was hesitant to do so until I found a properly managed building.  Avalon Studio City has far exceeded my expectations thus far, and I am so happy to call this place my Home !!  I hit the lottery when I found this place !!  

Staff: What can I say other than pure amazement !!  On the day of my tour, my community consult Brody provided me a warm and welcoming introduction to Avalon Studio City he was quick to answer all of my questions and found me my apartment that day after viewing three units !!    I immediately knew this was an environment that I could see myself living in !!  I also had the opportunity to work with Hannah, Tyler, Paige and Maya who were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and continue to amaze me !!  Thank you all!   Not to mention the Best Maintenance Team second to none Helmer is a rock star, Eddie, Edwin and Julian on the ball !!    Also George General Maintence Manager is Beyond on his Game !! 

I can confidently say that the entire rental office shares these characteristics. Building updates and information are routinely sent via email' I receive about 2 to 3 emails a week from the office', which are extremely helpful as they keep residence in the know !!  The rental office is right next to the lobby so even if you walk in with a question a community consultant is always ready and willing to help you.

Location : The location is a major sell !!   The building is just steps away from a shopping plaza with the Ralph's and tons of awesome stores on Ventura and an 8 minute walk to Universal Studios city walk.   About One mile from the 101,134, 170 freeways !!   Move here now and tell them The Wooj sent ya !!
