Fast, friendly technicians, and great customer service from Andrea & Jessica.. The quality of work done to fix things in the home was low but as the person renting for a one year I was pleased. If I was the home owner, I would not be satisfied with the work done in the home. It was cheep and a quick fix. Overall we were satisfied.

First I would like to say the we were very happy at first but towards the end of the tenancy agreement everything was very unprofessional!!!!!
We told them that we bought a house therefore we would no longer have to rent, so our tenancy agreement was going to end on the 23rd of October 2017 anyway. We asked them very nicely after being perfect tenant for the full year, Rent always on time and house inspection always very positive just being very good tenant!!if that was ok if we were late 1 day with the rent literally 1 day!! Because we had to pay both our Mortgage and rent but saying that we had no issue paying it just was asking for 1 extra day and instead of being very understanding and seeing that we always have been good tenant we had the next day an eviction note from them with additional late fees of 130 dollars plus 50 dollars for the eviction letter and an additional 45 dollars for fuel knowing they could be asked to come on a viewing day not even notifying us😒 Very poor of them! 
Now we have paid not only the rent the next day plus all the additional fees and it took only I repeat 24h to evict us !! it is now our turn to wait for a whooping 2000 dollars deposit who is taking for ever knowing that we spent almost 600 dollars in cleaning companies to keep up with there requirements!! But yes it's ok for them to take 30 days before we get anything back. I am now very disappointed and honestly we didn't believe to much in all the bad reviews but now we know! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BIRDIES!!! That,s how they treat veterans 🤔

I have been renting this property for three months and the lockbox is still not removed from the front door… The condition of the property was relatively poor when I moved in and still require repairs.  Yet, they have already sent a photo inspector to assess the property despite the fact that I've only lived here three months. And they tried to find me for an HOA warning letter when they themselves were not even assessed any fines as a result of the letter. They are slow to respond to for fill their responsibilities but rapidly are willing to assess fines.

They continue to make living in one of their managed homes a misery and will not even repair issues in a timely fashion.

I unfortunately had this company become the managers of a property I was renting a lot from. I owned the trailer but not the land. The first thing they did was raise the rent and add allocated water, and the water bill was abnormally high because of a leak in the public areas of the park. It took them over 6 months to fix the leak. I moved about a year after the management changed to Birdy and gave digital notice on the management program they use. They want me to get the new tenants over to the leasing office to sign the new lease, isn't it the management company's job? I would never recommend this company.

I am so very impressed with Ms. Holly Wilkinson.   
Her concern for her clients and professionalism are beyond reproach. 

I can't even imagine her tight work schedule.  But many times, she took the time to accommodate me and be flexible....that was so appreciated.  

One evening I interrupted her during a dinner engagement at her friend's home.....nonetheless, she answered the phone and patiently resolved my concerns.....wow!!

She even had the nerve to follow-up.....just to ensure complete satisfaction.  (Smile)

Additionally, Ms. Krystal Rubio was also amazing.  She never failed to return my calls/emails in a timely manner.  And also took the time to explain the application process.

There's no doubt these women are representing "Birdy Properties" extremely well.
Thank you for an outstanding job!
