Been here two years.  Felipe and Kerisha are great.  Maintenance issues are resolved fast.  Good location.  Only issues is the shifting issues on property and parking.  They have made changes to the property which is good.

Decent pricing and amenities, however the apartments need more maintenance. Doors stick, ceilings in apartments have the sheet rock lines showing and looks like may be coming down. Overall ok bang for the buck and close to Wal-Mart and other shops so not bad but not great either.

Before I say why I'm only giving two stars, I will say that the lady in charge at the office does seem like she tries to get things done, but sadly they don't get done. 
 Ive lived here a year now, and have had hot water maybe for a week, forcing me to shower at the gym. The roaches are incessant. I've asked for pest control to come, but I don't think they've ever been here. Most of the cabinets are close to falling off the wall at any moment it seems. None of my doors and windows seal, which is great for my electric bill. And those are just the bigger, more important issues. Cold water, roaches, unstable cabinets, and bad seals. All of which have been brought to the offices attention, and none are resolved.
 I actually do enjoy living here giving the location and affordability, but seriously, a year with no hot water? I could deal with most of the issues, but the roach problem is disgusting and a health issue.

The management is awful, the maintenance is full of creeps and shouldn't be trusted alone with anyone, and the buildings have unstable foundations so they're shifting, the ceilings leak from pipe damage, and the place is falling apart.

I moved in basically not really knowing the floor plan but needed some where to move quickly. Management at the time was very friendly and very helpful by helping to make everything smooth to move in. The amenities may not be the most current, but I can honestly say that the floor plans are very nice and very spacious. There has been New Management since I've moved in and the new management has been helpful as well, as far as maintenance every time I have called they have gotten right on it and I can really appreciate that.  I've never had an issue with pest or mold.  If this company will decide to do upgrades on the fixtures and paint the outside and update the railing and stair cases I would definitely give this apartment complex a five. I'm moving by the end of the month and I will definitely miss the nice Neighbors at least the ones around me. Oh yeah and if you must experience paying late, the late fees are very reasonable. The one issue I've had was hot water in which the water would have to be cut off, which is never convenient but it was taken care of in a timely fashion. I recommend anyone to give it a try...
