Avel flight school is one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. The school is such an incredible quality, and the staff are amazing. The classroom instruction is top notch, and the staff all know dispatching inside and out. What I didn’t expect was how great Avel was for not only learning, but also for the connections you can make and the help Avel offers you after graduation. I look back and have not a doubt in my bones that Avel was the absolute best choice I made on my path to acquire my dispatch certificate.

Flying! 
Who doesn't want to fly? My dream to become a pilot became a reality at Avel Flight School in Chicago.  
Prior to joining Avel, I did a lot of research on flight schools - compared the costs and found their offer quite attractive. As an international student - the process and procedures are very well laid out on their website. 
All the staff have always been very helpful and understanding and made me feel as part of the family.  
I have had good experiences with the flight instructors and they have the necessary knowledge. 
I would highly recommend this as the best flight school for international students.

I just completed a Flight Instructor Refresher Course with AVEL.  I highly recommend this course.  The instructor was well prepared, professional, personable, and made the material interesting.  The best FIRC that I have attended to date.

I did my CFI review and It was wonderful, the instructor amazing, dedicated and very professional. The information was interesting and very useful.

Amazing experience! Besides the fact that I got the opportunity to fly, the staff was genuinely awesome (and extremely funny!). Couldn't have been a better experience.
