I'm enrolled in a Mental Health , Coping Skills Class (WRAP) .   We meet once a week for 1-1/2 hours for a total of (8) eight weeks .

Just finished the 4th week and I'm amazed at how much material is  covered .   To circumvent Mental Health issues .   Beggining with assembling personalized Triggers and Preventing a Downward Degradation .

Practicing Methods of De-esculating the progression of a Mental Health  Meltdown .   By recognizing our patterns then , implementing methods to slow or stop , losing control ! 

We interact with each other in real-life situations .   Such as , addressing a series of Triggers then , re-enacting a plan to scale back it's I'll effects .

Couple weeks ago a recruiter went to my current school to talk about UIC. I must say I've never liked the school a lot, but, given how cheap it is, I decided to have a talk with the recruiter. I asked about a particular situation that I have with my education (I've been off and on for a while). The recruiter said, "well, I don't know how it affects you. Just apply!" I didn't feel like that was an answer. Whatever. I asked about their Math program, since that's my major. "Well, what you want to know? You asking if we got a program for math? We do. You can take Cal, Cal one, Cal two. What do you want?" 

So I kind of walked away politely. I don't want to know more about this school They sent someone to impress me and, hell, they did!
