I am so disappointed with this company. I went into a local store in Livonia on Middlebelt and Plymouth road. The service was not a problem until check out; when a cashier asks would I like "free magazines" I said no, suspecting there was a catch, she says "they are free" I finally say "OK" she says you can pick 4 magazines I pick some I wouldn't mind reading nothing else further was said. Today I get a random post card in the mail from Synapse Retail Ventures telling me if I don't call to cancel I will be charged$12.70 for Cooking Light, $9.80 for Health, $14 for Essence, $12 for Weight Watchers to what appears to be the last 4 digits of my credit card. This was a deceptive process, I was told it was free, I did not agree to subscribe, I did not agree for my card information to go to another company and if I had not paid attention to the non descriptive post card that came in the mail I would be facing nearly $50 in charges. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER!

I've been going here for a long time for clothes. All I can say is it's Avenue. I'm a plus size gal and we all know plus size clothes tends to be expensive. So yes it's pricey BUT you can normally get great sales and half price shirts.

I brought this blouse from& this dress from. this Store they have. Better stuff. here. on Clearance . For 20.00 dollar. What' a deal friendly staff

Nothing sexy about the clothing line. So many ugly prints, and the clothes are so pricey.

I love this store, but I had not so great service on June 21, 2017 at around 8:00PM I was trying on clothes in a dressing room with my friend in the next stall over and we were showing each other outfits and an older white woman who is an employee here immediately told me my blouse was way too big and tore my confidence down. I loved how I felt it was a bit bigger but it was fine and her comment made me put it back. That wasn't a huge deal but her putting her two cents in and in such a very abrupt way was very unnecessary. Then being in line to check out behind my friend the other worker who was a younger black woman who was GREAT help asked the older woman about a bunch of hangers left in dressing room. This woman with her snarky sass looks past my friend and stares at me and in the rudest tone says "did YOU take all the clothes off the hangers and leave them in there" she accuses me and is SO rude about it and I respond with a no. Even her co-worker said that I gave her my clothes that I didn't like how they fit back to her! And this GROWN woman ROLLS HER EYES. I was so appalled I put my clothes back on the rack MYSELF and left. I will be not going back to this Avenue ever again. I just felt very unwelcomed by this woman. I applaud the younger black woman who helped me this day, she was very professional and polite.
