I spend thousands of dollars shopping at Lane Bryant Stores, but yesterday by far was one of the most humiliating experiences I have ever had in their Livonia store. I know that the city of Livonia is known to be racist, but I've never experienced it in LB until yesterday. When I was trying on clothes the sales associate told me that I needed to remove the earrings from my bra and pay for them. Well, ladies as we all know we use our assets for holdng many things, money, phones and in my case keys. When I pointed out, in frustration, that I'm an educator that spends thousands in this store and had $800 worth of clothes "Why would I steal a pair of dam* earrings. The sales associate blamed her cold for her inability to see and her poor judgment . COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!! She also must have told the other sales associate that I had earrings in my bra because as I was finalizing my purchase she asked if I was going to pay for my earrings. I once again stated what earrings. I don't have any dam* earrings. If I didn't have many REAL WOMEN DOLLARS I would've never purchased ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY AT THIS STORE!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS STORE!!! THE SALES ASSOCIATES LAST NIGHT WERE IGNORANT, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & DISCRIMINATORY.
