Nice variety of products clean well laid out, No service, when we did get help they left before we'd made a decision had to walk back to the front of the store to request asst. for the second time, took forever to get there, retrieved the item off the self ourselves using your benches. Not the first time being underserved won't return.

Took forever to get help.  Finally found an employee and she told me she was on break.  Was nice enough to point to someone on the other side of the store!  Won't be going back.

Customer Service is horrible. Sales staff has no knowledge of items they sell. Go to better store.

Staff very helpful. Items pricey, but if you need the item, items are usually on stock.

Have been to the store In LIvonia many times for my Hunting needs. And it always seems like I  get Scott and he is always very helpful in finding what I need be it in the store, another store, or on line. Love Dock's sporting goods and Scott THANKS!!!!!
