Our chef Mario Zanetti, originally from Piemonte, Italy has been in business for more than 25 years. Mario has been the Lead Chef for La Stada Restaurant in Los Angeles, also owned his own very successful restaurant in Orange County. Within the last 2 months, the dishes I had were barely editable—unfortunate. I do not like writing a bad review but feel overpriced bad food is not acceptable. 1. Vodka Pasta. Bland and runny. 2. Chicken wrapped in Prosciutto. Runny sauce, tough chicken, old roasted potatoes. $26 3. Sole. No flavor, substandard pasta side. $38 I feel this establishment takes advantage of the local residents who can afford to pay more. The waiter hounds you to order more—not acceptable.

Food was good. Service was good. Salmon was more expensive than I anticipated, but overall good experience.

One of the best Italian restaurant with very cool environment and friendly staff in west area. You can park in front of the restaurant.

The food was good and overall made this a place I would come back to. Food was solid, well done Italian. Lots of favorites and things you would exepect on an Italian menu. I had the homemade cannaloni, my husband had the homemade fettuccine with scallops and my son had the steamed clams. Food was all tasty. And you could tell the difference with the fresh pasta. We also had salads before dinner. The salads were ok - store bought crutons brought down the Cesar. But the nice part is they will do 1/2 salads which is good because the standard size is an entree sized salad. The two things that keep this place being a five: 1. Their wine list is out of date. They don’t have the years they advertise on the list 2. (A pet peeve of mine) when I asked the waiter for his recommendation about what he thought were the standouts on the menu he responded by telling me what was popular. This drives me nuts because sometimes the best things on the menu are not the most popular. Waiter went out of his way to not give us his opinion, even when asked directly. Overall, I would go back. But they could tighten up some aspects of the service
