They have great food here and most of the employees are nice. I like coming here during the morning. I came on Friday to get my usual footlong,  Teresa greeted me with a big smile and a warm hello. Except for one of the employees, I think her name tag said Lupe, she’s terrible. I loathe coming here when she’s working. She has such bad attitude and always makes me feel like I’m asking her for something when she’s the one working for the customer. She needs some training on customer service. I will just go to a different subway if I keep being mistreated.

Super awful food, extremely bad employees, also restrooms is locked and they will give you ass face if you asked for the code.

The food is great but customer service they could be happy that they have a job. Also what is this needing a code to use the public bathroom? In Palos Verdes Estates?!

I have celiac disease, and have always brought my own gluten-free bread. After several times, the manager was there, and he specifically told the staff to not accept my bread due to nonexistent "health issues", even though if I ate it I would have "health issues".

Prompt service. can get very busy. Pretty much the same as any subway. you know what you're gonna get, just be patient. outside seating area is nice. Eat there or plenty of other spots nearby that are even more tranquil, quiet, peaceful.
