Rude! Person I called to ask said no vehicles and hung up on me.

Got to the office at my scheduled appointment time. Was told they didnt have my car but it would be there "soon".  At least 3 other customers were told the same thing. Ended up waiting about an hour before I was able to get a vehicle. When I did get the car it wasn't clean (inside or out). To be fair, they did offer to clean it, but couldn't tell me how long that would take. I asked for a discount for my troubles and was told they couldn't do that. Next time I'll stick with Hertz. Sometimes when you go with the cheapest rate, you get what you pay for.

Reserved a mustang 4 days in advance. Called day of pick up to make sure car was available. Was told car was not available of course. Was told they would give me a Lincoln mkz. Arrived at location . Mkz has now switched to Volkswagen beetle.. The idiotic manger thinks a Volkswagen beetle is comparable to a ford mustang...REALLY!!!

This was the WORST expierence I have EVER had. I understand that credit is important and they couldn't give me a car because of that but they didn't tell me they would even be running my credit until i got there, didn't tell me about the additional $100 deposit I wasn't expecting and to top it off I prepaid so I have to wait 3-5 business days before they can refund my money which means I can't go anywhere else! So I'm left with no car and no money on my credit card! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

The management at this location sucks! I got to this location to pick up a vehicle that I already pre-paid for online, but a lady manager at this location stated that she have no cars available, despite the fact that the cooperate office looked into this very location's inventory and informed me to go pick up, a few minutes before my arrival to this location. To my utter surprise, a lady friend of the manager walked in to make a fresh reservation and she walked out with a vehicle. The manager here was being very erratic with her customers and extremely unprofessional. Will never pick-up from this location again.
