I rented a full size car from Enterprise, only to have to take a pick up truck because that was all that they had in inventory. For 5 continuous days I attempted to swap the vehicle with 3 different locations (2wice at the pick up location, 1 on Thornton Rd at another location & twice at the airport. I ended up having to settle for a Jeep, again do to inventory. UNBELIEVABLE! I rent from Enterprise on a regular basis & this is the 1st of this kind. I needed a full size car, other than a truck because it was for my wife & she wasn't comfortable with the big truck. Better luck next time!

Didn't have our van even though there were calls made the day before lucky they are one of the only places to rent larger vehicles.

The guys here make your rental experience quick and easy. They made sure I was in a vehicle that I wanted and even offered a free upgrade. I was in and out in no time. The customer service I received from everyone in the office was phenomenal! Keep up the great work. I will definitely rent from this office again.

Staff was very helpful and quick I don't like sitting long waiting on a vehicle and they helped me right away! They always help me solve any problem as well I love that team!

Every time I use this location I had issue's. Didn't have my reservation car type, not very good customer service.  I was nervous reserving a SUV for spring break. When I got there I was greeted with a smile they had a selection to choose from and I was In and out with no issue.  They restored my faith in Enterprises
