My husband and I rent from this location at least twice a month on average. They always greet us with a smile from the owner down to the car cleaner. They always have a vehicle for us even when it is a last minute reservation. Over the years we have rented from other car rental services, but we always enjoy coming here. Thank you Cedar Hill Avis/Budget. It is always a pleasure doing business with you.

My experience with the Cedar Hill Avis was downright deplorable. The agent I dealt with was unprofessional and unhelpful. I told him that I did not want to use a credit card, and he refused to run a credit check so that I could use my debit card. Since I was left with no other option, a friend used his credit card to reserve the vehicle (I was planning to pay via debit at the end of the rental). What the Avis agent did not tell us is that I was being listed as only a secondary driver. In the event of an accident, my insurance would not have covered the vehicle. Considering that I was driving alone, I would have been in quite the pickle if there had been an accident. Not only did the agent fail to explain liability and coverage, but he didn't even do a walk-around of the vehicle with me. He handed me the keys and pointed out the window to the vehicle. I guess 30 degrees was too cold for him to step outside. He seemed more interested in getting rid of me rather than helping me, despite the fact that I clearly needed help -- my broken arm was in a sling. The agent also did not explain that I was being charged the underage fee, despite the fact that I am not underage. So not only did I receive awful customer service, but I ended up paying much more than expected. I would not recommend Avis to anyone. Spend a little bit more, and go to a rental car company that actually cares about their customers.

They hate on African American customers if you black go to Dollar rental... We need to stop inpowering these white companys

As soon as I got there my rental was ready I was in there less than 5 minutes so yes get ur rentel from them

Extremely friendly & professional staff. Efficient, timely service and ease of dropping off my rental is always convenient. I rent from Avis, Cedar Hill location at least once a month and always have not only walked into a smile but left with a nice, clean vehicle at a much better rate than I've gotten from any other rental car company. I recommend any friends, co-workers & family members who are in need of a rental vehicle!
