They overcharged me. The car was returned after 3 days, but they charged me for 6 days. All this after I had called to confirm I would be returning it early and I would "absolutely" not be charged for the extra days I wasn't using. When I called to see why I was overcharged, they were rude and couldn't care less.

Rented a car from them while my car is in the shop. The customer service was awesome and the selection was pretty good. Get there early!! (more options to choose from)

Trying to drop off a car and have been waiting for close to an hour with no one at the desk. Kuni bmw call the person 25 minutes ago and still no one. Last time I use them for sure.
