Rented a car (through my insurance) while my car was getting repairs, and it was a very simple and smooth process. I made my reservation, showed up and was out of there with the car within 5-10 minutes (max.). Then when it was time to return it, I was easily in and out in 5-10 minutes. Would definitely return.

The time it took to get the car was quick. The only issue I had was that the car was dirty. Had dry grass inside the floor area & stains through out the seats. I guess rental companies no longer clean vehicles before renting out.

I have been a long time customer with Enterprise since 2002, when my daughter went off to college.  We appreciated their business so much that my daughter worked for the company for 2 years after graduating. 
We have been pleased with the professional service from many of the employees, from Texas, Louisiana, New York and Chicago.
I recommend this rental above all others.

Worst customer service. I called on a Tuesday to request a specific type of car because I am handicap. I was told that type of car would be ready for me Wednesday at 3 or before. At 3:20 I received no call or pick up. I called them and they told me they didn't have it. I asked, "and no one could call and let me know that. I have an appointment Thursday that I need transportation for". Joy placed me on hold for 20 minutes and never came back to the line. Now I have no car and have to make arrangements for my doctor appointment. Thats bad customer service.
