Directly after getting off my flight, I went to avis to get my car. The representative was very nice and professional. She helped me out without any problems. And to boot, rite when we were finished, my luggage was just coming out of the carousel. Couldn't have had it better even if it was planned that way.

Called to ask a question about their policies and without any questions the operator said I need to be 25 with a credit card and hung up on me. 

They just lost several hundred in my business in the near future and a lot more long term.

Very rude and unprofessional!

I was able to rent a mid size vehicle on a weekend for a great rate.  I had no problems securing the rental car reservation, nor did I have any problems with picking up the car.  The pickup process was quick and easy.  We had a fantastic weekend and put 600 miles on the rental car (which was low mileage!) and returned it with no issues...again it was quick and easy!

I highly recommend Avis and will definitely plan to use them in the future for car rental services.

Easy drop off and pickup. 
Friendly staff and nice car for the money - good value. 

Only minor complaint was the car was pretty dirty, due to dust levels in the area. 
They restrict water usage so limit frequency of car washes for environmental concerns, which I can appreciate. They readily make note of this and will even reimburse you for a car wash if you so care.

I rented a car from Avis at Tri Cities airport and I was very pleased with the service. The desk personnel were pleasant and professional. There were two or three people available at the desk and my car was ready. They even offered me a choice of vehicles. The car was in excellent shape with low mileage. The rain kept it from being sparkling clean on the exterior, but the interior was spotless. The drop off was very easy and well facilitated, even though the airport was going through minor reconstruction. I will use Avis on my next car rentals.
