First they tell me they need to have a $100 deposit then they tell me they need to have a $200 deposit. First  they tell me to rent a car it'll cost $77 then they tell me to rent the car it'll cost $101. Every single person I speak to has something different quote me on the exact same thing and this is while I'm standing at the counter. They  look at each other trying to figure out how to coordinate price as if nobody really knows the right answer but they're afraid to talk about it openly I finally just said you know what nevermind forget it and went to another place.

I love this enterprise they have never done me wrong. I always call the local office and reserve a vehicle ahead and it takes about 10min average to complete the whole process. When i show up at the office they take good care of me and get me done in 20min or less. Thanks guys can't wait to see you again.

I have rented a car from this store two times now and the service has always been fast.  The longest part is them trying to talk about the their insurance but I have yet to see a need for it.   I do wish they would fill up the gas tank to make it easy to return it with a full tank of gas and not try to guess how much gas is needed to hit the mark.  But overall the price is the cheapest and you get to drive brand new cars.   The last one only had 7k miles on it but the car did smell like someone smoked in the car.

More than I expected to pay to rent a car for a couple of days, but the staff was friendly and helpful. And I'm sure it would be the same case with price renting a car elsewhere. I was able to drop in and get a car right away. It turned out I didn't need the car for as long as I originally said, and I was able to return it a day early for a full refund of that day.

I recently had to rent a car to visit my kids in Seattle.  I chose Enterprise because of the great service I received in Phoenix and in the UK earlier this year.  This experience was no different!  Great Car and Great customer service!  Keep up the good work.
