The car was great but as soon as I got in the car it smelled like day old tacos, oh what's in the backseat, looks like day old chipotle, I might have littered in the parking lot when I threw that Mexican food outta the car. It was late at night and pouring its butt off and I had to get to my destination so I couldn't really complain at the time. I kinda knew it was a employee because they also left a company inspection report in the vehicle.

I had a very small problem with the vehicle (it was 2wd instead 4wd, which I had reserved).  They immediately made things right and went above and beyond what would be expected to make me a satisfied customer.  Simply fantastic!  Well done Enterprise team!

kind and reliable service; staff dropped me off at PUW air field because drop-off  in Pullman, WA, was off-site. Great experience.

Staff was very helpful, courteous and cheerful.  I had rented a full size because of my height, but the young lady helping me said that would not do, and she had a mid-sized truck available she would put me in for no extra charge.  Love that kind of service.  It is why I keep using Enterprise.

I use this Enterprise location 20+ times per year and have always had a great customer experience.  The onsite staff are all great to work with, and I've seen them work hard to resolve issues for every customer who comes to the counter.  Great team.  I will continue to rent here.  The Kennewick location on Edison is also solid.
