This is the worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company.  First off, they would not allow me to rent the car from Riverton and drop off in Casper.  Instead, I had to fly into Riverton (Flight was diverted from Casper), rent the car from AVIS in Riverton, drive to Casper, rent a car from AVIS in Casper, then return the car to the Riverton AVIS while my girlfriend drove the other car from Casper.  Upon arrival, customer service agent was rude and unhelpful.  Two days later I got a notice that there was a chipped windshield on the vehicle.  I'm not certain whether or not there was actually a chip or if this AVIS was running a scam but overall the experience was awful.  I'd go to Hertz if you have the choice.  Hands down one of the most frustrating experience I've dealt with.
