I tried all the other rental places before Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, National. But once I tried Avis I have been using them almost every time. They usually have a nice selection of vehicles available and if you book over the phone in advance you don't have to pay a deposit, which can be nice in a pinch.

The agent was waiting to give us a ride to the nearby rental location when we arrived at the airport. She was friendly and took the time to tell us about the local area and answer our questions (that she probably hears every day). Great car, exactly what we requested. We were careless and left something of value in the car when we returned it. The lady was very in arranging to have it mailed back to us at home. Prompt service at both pick-up and drop-off. Thanks Avis!

I reserved a car today from Misty and she was SO nice and friendly. I choose Avis based on their reviews and so far not disappointed. I am hoping she will be working when we get our vehicle. She even took the time to answer some question about local places to eat. Never seemed rushed or annoyed. Such a nice change. Thanks Misty!!
