Highly recommend renting from Goodyear location versus Sky Harbor Airport. Much more reasonable rates and the store manager, Cathy is great!  Very knowledgeable, helpful with such a nice personality.

We had abother rental car from another place in town that ended up breaking down on our way out of town, so we stopped in and got great service renting the car and were upgraded because the car was not clean... easily 4.5 star service...

Now, where the 2 stars come in. I asked if we would be able to drop our car off at any location, and he responded with yes anywhere in the pheonix area... 100% accurate information. When I inquired further to tell him we're leaving at 6:30 am he said we could still drop it off... 100% inaccurate according to corporate. They do not provide a key drop, and now we're forced to drop our car off before 5pm, the day before we have to leave. Now, we have to pay a taxi for a 45 minute ride to get back to our airport in the morning. This is really what set us off among plenty of other misinformation. We would have not paid for an extra day had we known this was the case.

Awesome service have used enterprise for years thinking this company was to expensive. First time I've tried Avis and will now used Avis from now on much better Kathy was really honest, genuine, and overall the best service I have ever received. AT the other place I had good service but felt hypocritical forced friendliness. Thanks Kathy and Avis for my awesome service so I could enjoy my family trip.
