Very fast and friendly service! Melissa assisted during my recent visit and she's a doll. She made me feel at ease with her professionalism and kind smile. I visited this location this past Saturday with my friend, it was close to closing and she didn't rush us one bit. I've had some bad experiences at a few Enterprise locations but Melissa was very kind, patient, courteous and made my visit very pleasant.  I will be coming here for now on for any rental service that I may need.

Excellent service by Ben at the Goodyear location. A flight delay caused me to pick up my rental a day late. This was not a problem.  The rental contract had been held and was quickly adjusted to the new pick up date.  Another good experience with Enterprise.

Worst customer service ever. After waiting over twenty minutes on the phone to make a reservation I went in to wait over half hour next day mind you plenty of time to have a car ready for me. I assumed they were getting me a different car because when I went in I asked for something with a back up camera and they said they would get me one ready. After the long wait the guy that had been pretending to help me walked me to the car. I looked at it new it had no camera I asked him about it and he said it again yeah. That's what he said when I asked for the camera that's when I realized he was saying yeah to everything he wasn't listening at all. I started saying all kinds of stuff to him and yeah is all I got. I finally said that his customer service left something to be desired he said yeah and I left so freaking angry with no back up camera. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Now this place is freakin great. The customer service is outta this world. They ain't lying when they say they treat you like family. I've only rented a few cars but every time it's made very easy for me. This is coming from someone with ne credit card too. Louie was the last guy that helped me out and he was very accommodating. He got me into a car and I was out before I knew it. I like it here cause they take the time to make sure you're taken care of instead of feeling like someone just got over on you. Keep up the good work and thanks again.

I requested a 4x4 truck 3 weeks ahead of time and they said it wasn't a problem. I stopped by the say before the rental and they still said no problem. Showed up the next morning to no truck at all. They were very accommodating by finding me one at another location (not 4x4) and driving me over. Nice people, but just not prepared. I would still use them. Not for a 4x4. Needed the pickup to get a Christmas tree.
