I can’t say enough good stuff about Avis R5H franchisee Don + his employees.  I’ve been a regular customer there for a long time, but of late I’ve been renting about once weekly due to increased need.  He knows what I like to drive, and he will cull out something that pleases me when he’s got inventory to choose from.  Back before GM divorced Avis I just rented a premium every time and knew I was going to get a Buick.  Avis has polluted the inventory since 2009 with a bunch of undesirables. I’m still coming back because it’s close, and because of people like Don that make a little extra effort to put me in something satisfying to drive.

I rented in Sept of 2014 and I loved it .. great deals very friendly staff .. Answered all my questions .. They dont hold any deposit like all the other rental places !! I love this Avis in Hurst .. thank you for the great customer service =D 2 thumbs up
