THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF. THEY DID NOT EXPLAIN THE CHARGES UNTIL I RETURNED MY VEHICLE. LITTLE CHARGES CAME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THROUGHOUT THE 11 DAYS AND THEN WHEN I RETURNED IT THE GENTLEMEN SAID I DON'T OWE A BALANCE. NOW MY ACCOUNT IS OVERDRAWN AND THOSE LITTLE PAYMENTS THEY SAID WERE FOR THE RENTAL ARE GONE AND THE CHARGE HE SAID I DIDN'T OWE HAS HIT MY ACCOUNT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. ENTERPRISE I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH.

Had to wait about 15 minutes but it was a very busy Monday. Other than that, they got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service.

Not this person's fault, but I had a car reserved the day prior, showed up, and no car! Had several returned but couldn't get one ready for me.  Thanks a ton State Farm

DO NOT rent from this place. The reviews are incredibly accurate. If we could give it 0 stars, we would. James is as described and probably worse. He lacks customer service and respect for women. This experience made our already awful experience into something worse. This has put a bad taste in our mouths regarding ever renting from a HERTZ again. Renter BEWARE!!
