Awesome service!! I've always preferred Enterprise because almost everytime I've rented from them, I have had wonderful customer service.

Cheap place to rent a car, but the service sucks. the sells associate was very pushy about the insurance. And when I turn them down they were very quick to throw it in my  face that my insurance deductible would be immediately took it out of my account if anything happen to the car.

My experience at Enterprise was good assisted by Aaron which has excellent Customer Service Skills. The price is fine but could be better. I would have appreciated more is if they did not charge me another $53.88 while the car I rented sat in their parking lot even after speaking to one of the CSR at the Store, they will not give the extra mile to wait a few minutes for no one.
