The staff was very polite. I received the best customer service. The vehicle was great, clean and no issues with it. I highly recommend this store to any and all who are looking for a good vehicle and good people to get it from.

The crew provided great service.  They picked me up from my hotel and informed me of the latest time they ran a shuttle back to it.  They were extremely helpful in helping me understand the local area and their operations.  Again thanks to all for making my experience a great one.

I rent from here every time I go to Laughlin, which is 2-4 times per year. The pickup and drop-off is always a breeze. The agents are knowledgeable and personable. With pre-pay, my AWD number and a coupon code (3rd night free), the prices are great. Inventory is typically limited so I get whatever they have, which is fine by me because it's usually a higher class than what I reserved and pre-paid at no additional cost.

The cars are always clean / work well. The Avis team is great and the prices are the best at the Bullhead City facility..  Thanks guys.....
