Enterprise employees were courteous from the time we made the phone call to the time we returned the car. The polite driver that picked us up from the hotel was on time and knowledgeable about the area in answering our questions. The young lady at the desk acted like she knew no stranger and was such fun to converse with!  On our return of the car, we received the same type of treatment...like we were their most important customer. Our return driver to the hotel was humorous and a joy to meet!  We will definitely continue to use Enterprise Rent-A-Car for our future needs!!!  Pam M.

Picking up the car at the Bullhead City airport went very smoothly and quickly! Both the manager Christian and Erica were professional and helpful making the rental experience worth while! Thank you, will b renting again!

I was very happy with the prompt way I was helped by Christian Carlson. He found me the right vehicle for me. I do not like to get in a vehicle and sit on the ground. It is too hard for me to get out of it. Christian looked and found the best car for me. It was really great. The return of the vehicle was quick and easy.  I will probably be renting again in a couple of months. Most likely in January or February, not sure at this time.

I have rented cars dozens of times.  Never had any problems.  Everyone who works at Enterprise is friendly.  It is really nice that they pick you up to get your rental car. Lots of different cars to choose from, and trucks too.  I have been a customer for two years and will continue to be one.  Enterprise is the best!
