I rented a car and extended in multiple times. After four weeks I called to extend again and  it actually had to be returned because the tags needed to be renewed. I spoke to Deb and she gave me the option to swap out at any Hertz and also let the new car sit on same rental so the rate would be much cheaper.  The entire team there is first rate. I make a concerted effort to rent from this location.

Most rude conning car rental experience at Herz EVER. I've rented at this location before without a hitch and to my satisfaction. As a Herz rewards member I have rented cars in Spain, in Denmark and various places in The US. But my advice : stay away from this location The magr whom I believe to be a " Jennifer is a bold face liar and a con - artist who openly declares that her aim and goal is to "take " her customers for as much money as possible as opposed to providing a reasonable and competitive rate that would ensure repeated business ! I' have more to say about this incident but suffice it to say  I'll do everything I possibly can to discredit this particular person at this rental location NOBODY LIES TO MY FACE  without accountability

Excellent experience.  They had the car ready to go and the check in was very efficient.  Will definantly use them again
