Staff was extremely kind and friendly and check in and out was quick and easy! The car(s) were clean and met my expectation and if it wasn't they said I could return and exchange it no problem. I rent cars often throughout the year for traveling with my son's basketball team and thus has been the best experience and rates and I will stick with Avis/Budget!

I've only dropped off cars here, so I am not sure how their rental is, but their customer service is excellent every time I have gone. They are extremely quick, professional and friendly in all that they do. I once forgot an item in my car overnight and the following day the woman behind the desk looked around the car for me and called me to tell me she had found it. Very satisfied with how they do business here.

Rented from them twice, returned after hours. Good experience. Staff are polite and quick, not pushy.  Wish they have a bigger, better leet of cars

The worst customer service ever, I wish I remember the name of that rude lady at the front desk, I went right away to Enterprise in Nyack and that was180° different story, nice in nice.

Had rented from here for a local visit.. hassle free experience. This facility has a after hour drop off box with clear instructions.. so definitely recommended this place..
