I went there to rent a car for my birthday weekend!! There was someone at the front desk by the name of Preston. He was absolutely amazing!!! Car was clean, customer service was amazing! Prefer this location over any other!!!!!

I have a rental car from this location due to a deer crashing into my car and as a result my car is in the body shop.  The rental car given to me was a mess  with the interior not being clean.  That is another story for another time!   My beef is the left front headlight went out this week.  It happens I get it!  I called the desk left work at 5:15pm told them I would be there as close to 6pm as possible.  I tried calling at 5:45pm as I was 15 mins away, the person would not pick up.  I tried a few minutes later no pick-up.  I am driving by south bound 5:55pm to get to the U-Turn to head northbound, see the person is behind the counter.  I try calling again no-pick -up.  Get to the location at 6:02 pm as I stop to fill the car up.  Doors are closed.  Person who is working is sitting in there car and had to see me come in to the driveway.  I start to leave and then they pull out shortly thereafter.  I am a Gold Hertz person as I do rent regularly even though this rental is through my insurance and I am not using my rental number.   The manager should review their customer service at this location.

Every question you ask is met with hesitation. They only grudgingly give you a ride to the location. They won't let you park your personal car for  a week. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I'll update.
