I recently rented a box truck from Rob at Comfort. It was kind of last minute but he was accommodating and was able to help me out. The prices are fair and the service is top notch. I had forgotten something in the truck and when I called back about it they had already found it and it was waiting for me when I picked it up. Would rent from Comfort again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.

Sucks!! I called Comfort Auto Rentals today to get an appointment for Carco inspection. The guy on the phone was ridiculously rude. He seriously needs "Customer Service 101" classes and I strongly believe that he's having some serious psychological issues and he's clearly in the wrong business. I would not recommend this rental company to anybody. 
I'm sure that this rental company is going to go out of business very soon unless they teach their staff to treat their customers well.
