Easy access via Metro North to the Avis location. The agent was extremely pleasant. Location was much cleaner and nicer than other locations I've rented from. The value could not be beat for a NY rental, $153.00 for the entire weekend. Drove vehicle to Princeton University for my daughters college tour and it was a new Eco Ford Fusion which was excellent on gas.

Not my first time renting from this location but definitely my last. Worst rental experience I have ever had from pick up to drop off. Upon pick-up they gave me a dirty car not washed or cleaned. After driving the car off the lot I noticed the maintenance light was on. Returned to the lot and was charged for an upgrade. Called customer service not once but twice regarding the representative agent and I guess that angered the guy who handled my rental. Upon returning the car was accused of smoking weed in the car by the same rental guy and was charged $250. I hold a professional nursing license and would never jeopardize my license. Definitely not the end of this.

RIP OFF ALERT - this place charges your credit card for using their EZ pass even if you don't use it.  They guarantee the EZ pass won't get charged if you keep the holster closed up - but then you'll get a charge on your credit card (from AVIS, not from EZ Pass) ... total scam.  Sleezebags at this place, stay away, go to Enterprise two stores over.  Plus the cars all smell like smoke.

The service is great! The staff is very help and process of renting the car is smooth! Never have had a problem and I always leave happy!
