I was very happy with the car and the team at the Port Chester Enterprise.  I had never rented a car before and they made it very easy and explained everything in detail to me.  I will definitely use them again!

Very fast check in and out, despite being very busy. I got a free upgrade on my car and found the staff to be very professional. They also gave me a ride home, which I didn’t even have to wait for.

Look nothing about rental places is exciting but the convenience and on point service made my experience here that much more meaningful. Thank you to the crew at this location for making everything go smoothly.

I have rented from Enterprise before and was always satisfied enough to use  again often. However this time I was very dissappointed. I've always taken Roadside Assistance Protection and never needed to use it until this  particular rental (6/06/2017). On the trip I got a flat tire in a residential area of Rhode Island not hard to access. When I phoned dispatcher for road service (phone number on rental agreement) they asked if i'd like replacement car delivered and I said "yes". They told me tow and car would be there within an hour. Close to an hour went by. I reached dispatcher who then informed me that Enterprise office (Narragansett, RI) had not received paper work...did not have car available then and the AAA road service just left without even coming to fix my tire. So then the dispatcher had to start all over again ...telling me it would be "within the hour" and another hour went by with no help. I phoned again and they said "someone's on his way" and I waited more than an  hour. Got towed to Narragansett Enterprise and by then they had a car ready for me. I was delayed  more than 4 hours and my friend traveling with me missed her train and my day's plans were ruined.
Whichever dispatcher service Enterprise uses to coordinate  with AAA did a terrible job. Rhode Island is not that big...we were in a well populated area. No excuse for it taking that long!

Professional people at Portchester office- knowledgeable, efficient, great attitude and culture in the office - nothing is a problem and one quickly feels that agents will do anything he/she can to serve the customer!! I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent an auto.
