This location was deceitful regarding my rental situation. I came to this location from a body shop who was supposedly paying for the rental and when I arrived at the location and went through the process I wasn't made aware that I would be getting charged for rental insurance when I never even asked for it. I don't understand why they would even have asked for my credit card for a deposit when the body shop was supposed to take care of it. I figured it would be okay because the receptionist said they would return it to my card when I return the vehicle. Long story short I ended up getting charged for three days of rental insurance. I was asked to sign an ipad for the rental agreement and they give you the ipad ready to sign so you don't notice the charge for the rental insurance. I proceeded to call the site to explain my situation and the "manager" proceeded to say that her receptionist would never do something like that and that the manager would be calling me after she discussed this with whoever it is she said she was discussing it with. Never received a phone call, its been about two weeks. What kind of a Manager runs this place?

This office is always very busy but the day I checked in was insane.  They seemed short of staff and every client seemed to have an issue, and not just a little issue.  I had reserved a standard car but all they had left was a van.  Not sure how that is possible, but I had no choice.  Everyone was very courteous and kind and the check -in was smooth, once they got to me but it took about 20-25 min., which is highly unusual.  Returning the car was a breeze!

I must say I was  impressed with the staff. Starting with Peter , she really helped me I explained to her my situation, she was on point the girl knows her job. She  greeted me with a smile,  when your working  in a company and your dealing with people it's good to smile and be polite,  thank you peter😊 When I came to pick up the rental I met the manager she was great her customer service was awesome . She asked me where was I going I told her to Virginia to a family reunion she said can she go I said sure. She even came outside to make sure everything was okay. I never experienced that from other rental companies. Thank you manager😊 My next experience was Vanessa she walked me around the mini van making sure everything was okay. she explained everything , she asked me if I wanted a print-out or an email. 2 thumbs up keep up the great work😊 Last Jessica another one great customer service I brought the rental back she walked around the rental checked the inside and then she said she's going to email me my  receipt, Jessica great job😊I will continue to rent from mamaroneck Enterprise. My overall experience with the  mamaroneck  rental A+ thank your for the great service😎

I recently had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise Mamaroneck. Irene was very professional, helpful and insightful during the process. She went above and beyond in helping me during my rental process, including informing me of available cars because I had asked for a car change. I would highly recommend Enterprise Mamaroneck because of my experience, notably with Irene.
