No customer service rep was here when we came to check in our rental, my parents have a flight to catch & the sign says will be back at 9:50am but it is now 10:10am, there are other people waiting to also check in their rental & this customer service is horrible. Would  not recommend this rental place in Chula Vista

Having a difficult time reaching customer service. The system goes to music after stating the call will be recorded and then hangs up after less than a minute. Resolution with the issue is difficult unless I drive there ahead of the scheduled time for the car.
