The manager is always rude and she just doesn't care if you get your car or not. You'll get lucky if you find an available car (even if you have a confirmed reservation) The cars are never ready and you'll have to wait at least one hour to get it half clean. I strongly advise you to go to a different Hertz location, as most of them offer the quality service promised by Hertz......... or just go to a different company, you will not get a worse quality service than the one you get here.

I always use Hertz when I need a car rental and this is very often as I travel at least 3 weeks on a month.  Some times I rent a car for a 2-5 month period.  Wherever I go I get excellent service at Hertz, but this particular location is a SHAME for Hertz. The last time I made a reservation there were no cars available when I arrived, the manager said it was not her problem and I had to wait to see if a car was returned, or go somewhere else. Overall she was RUDE to the customers including myself. During the last 6 times I rented cars here, I was unlucky enough to get the same manager, the cars were NEVER READY and I had to wait at least 1 hr to get your rental (very dirty by the way). Last TIME I go to this location.

I use Hertz for all my travel needs and have always been happy with the service.  But. This partiular place the manager at this was not customer friendly at all and was very disorganized.  She couldn't find keys for cars and was mean to her employees in front of the  customers.  We were not even acknowledged until I commented on how rude she was.  I was disappointed because for years I have only used Hertz.  Definitely not the customer service I expect.  I thought she was just having a bad day, but the treatment was the same when returning the car.  She treated her employees rudely in front of customers and never acknowledged the customers.  I will say the other staff members were very customer friendly.  I just feel like you should be treated with some degree of respect when you are spending a good deal of money for a service. This was a very small office and the rude behavior was very noticeable.  I would think twice before renting here again.

Great service and car availability. If you're using the CBX, they offer shuttle service both ways.
