I AM SO GLAD I CAME HERE AND WE WILL REVISIT THE DENTAL CLINIC THE STAFF IS GREAT! TRUE EXAMPLES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I walked out after waiting over an hour.   What a waste of time.   I called over a week ago and scheduled my dentist appointment,  gave the lady all my insurance info and answered a ton of questions.   The automated system called to remind me and said to be there 30 minutes early. I showed up 45 minutes early only to be told that they didn't open until 1 (the time my appointment was scheduled for) so I sat for 45 minutes.  Not really a big deal.  But then when they finally opened the lady said she wasn't sure they accepted my insurance.  Even though they knew very well what insurance I had over a week ago.  After 30 more minutes they still hadn't figured out if they took my insurance.  Blue cross blue shield,  a large national carrier.  They acted like I had insurance from another planet.  I walked out to my truck and googled dentists.  Scheduled with someone who knows what they're doing.

Great staff,  sweet people who show they care for your health.  I left feeling happy and grateful to have a good experience here. Time to wait was minimal as a walk in.  Thank you guys!
