Our clinics are staffed with experienced and licensed physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. FastMed clinics hold The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for accreditation in compliance with the Joint Commission’s national standards for health care quality and safety in ambulatory health care.

Be aware! They double bill!!! My insurance paid them and they also took the payment out of my account. Yes, they are nice and convenient. But, try to get a hold of their billing department to resolve issues, good luck. I just want what is correct and my money back for services that I was not supposed to pay TWICE for!

Eye issue: My son's eye was very red and hurt/stung every time he blinked. I thought it was allergies and put some allergies drops in after cleaning his eye with saline solution. The redness went away, but it was still hurting. We tried the CVS Minute Clinic, told to go to urgent care. Went to Alliance Urgent Care and they said to go to ER. Neither had the dye strip to see if his eye was scratched. I called a few other urgent cares and found FastMed Urgent Care, had the dye strips. The wait was long, but when there were 4 patients before us, I would say our wait was acceptable. Anyway, everyone from the front desk to the provider was wonderful! My son had scratched the white part of his eye and we were given an antibiotic ointment. He also had a stye underneath his eyelid. If we ever need urgent care again, we will go to FastMed.

We went there months ago, My husband had a wide cut on his arm due to a broken glass. He wouldn't stop bleeding and we were not even provided with something to hold it while we waited. The physician assistant there...female short hair, pregnant at that time.... was really rude to the staff. I felt really bad for them, the ways she talk to others like she was the greatest thing in the world. We asked for stitches but she insisted on glue. We disagreed, she did not listened. She glued and messed it up ...then blamed the others for not having the right equipment. She left came back. quickly finished and told us to by the glue things from walgreens. My husband works in a field where there is alto of bacteria. We explained that to her, we asked for a doctors notice to excuse one day. She told us that he could miss work but she will not excuse it. CUT WAS PRACTICALLY STILL OPEN!!! We explained again, she ignored. We left and of course, this thing was getting infected 2 days later....he went back alone...and came with this cut looking uglier than before. Now, he has a big ugly scar on his arm. ....thanks to that....person.

My husband was having trouble breathing and had tightness in his chest. We had been to this FastMed several times before, so decided to use their services again. We were in and out in a little over an hour. There is no way we could have done that in our primary doctors office or the hospital emergency room. The doctor (Stephen Joseph Wedding) was wonderful! He listened carefully to my husband, asked questions and then told him what other symptoms he was probably having but didn't realize they were connected. He was absolutely correct. He told us what we needed to get to use at home, what prescriptions we needed, what to watch out for and he answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable, professional & personable. As was all of the medical professionals we dealt with in their office. We highly recommend them.

Awesome service from the moment we walked in. Monica was very personable and welcoming. Totally recommend if you need to go to an Urgent Care.
