I must say I was skeptical before I tried it, but once I did it was simply amazing. It was so delicious that I had to introduce Aww Shucks to my guest from Maryland who decided to get 3 flavors to taste. They were extremely pleased. In fact, we had an ear of corn left over that we put in the refrigerator for later. The next morning we decided to cut the corn off the cob and use it to elevate my signature Shrimp & Havarti Cream Cheese Grits with Conecuh Sausage.
We went to the Aww Shucks Fall Festival today and finally got to try them out for the first time. We were really impressed. We had the delicious Mexican Street Corn. Not only was it cooked just right, you could taste the butter and each of the toppings. Very well put together. Can’t wait to taste all the other flavors!
This is the best corn I’ve had in my entire life. I tried the Mexican street corn and the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the texture was incredible too! They also covered the entire corn with seasoning and cheese so every bite was delicious. The workers were friendly and seemed very in touch with the community they serve. I’ll be back to try more!!
A—MAZE—ZING! So good I had to sound it out! There is nothing like eating healthy and feeling well nourished all at the same time! This corn is so filling might I add so beautiful in presentation! They have some of the best food handlers in the food truck industry if you ask me! I’ve been a Corn Stalker for 2 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. One thing I can say is it fire roasted consistency! It’s never not TOP TIER! It gives corn a new look, a new taste, and changes the cultural trajectory of good eating in the south! Keep going AwwShucks!!!!
Their original seasoning baked potato was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The owner is very welcoming and the atmosphere and music is great. Awesome and highly recommend!
The corn is awesome and so is the customer service! I ordered corn for my husband to pick up while my daughter and I were out shopping. On our way home I called and he had forgotten to pick it up. It was 30 minutes after the food truck had closed. He drove over to the location, hoping they would still be there. They were still there, but closing everything down. Their page states if you fail to pick up your corn at the designated time, you will lose your payment, but no...the guy was so nice. He stopped doing what he was doing and found our order. He saved the day. We'll definitely be back!
Aww Shucks corn is a must have! The Mexican street and garlic parm were so good, my son loved his plain butter cob! Super Flavorful with every bite, corn was cooked perfectly. Everyone is friendly and treat you like family the moment you walk in. I would recommend anyone in the area or just passing by to check them out.
Their corn and service is the best! They offer a variety of flavors and deliver on the delicious taste every time. If you haven’t had it then you are missing out!
