Unfortunately I have struggled with communication with this company. I called 3 days before my electronic payment was due and changed the banking info and asked why my premium went up, the lady told she would look into it, confirmed my cell phone number and said she would call me back the next morning. A week later I received a overdraft fee from my former bank account that I was trying to close out that the insurance processed through it. I called Axis to follow up on the banking information change and why premium went up as I never received a call back. She then stated "it can take 7-10 day to update" I let her know I really wish she would have told me that when I called the first time so I could make arrangements and avoid an over draft fee and also that no one ever called me back. She said "I agree we need to work on that, is this your cell phone number? Great I will call you back no later than 2:00pm today. It has now been 2 days and I haven't heard back from them, and I am stuck with an overdraft fee. They really need to work on their communication with their clients.

I've been working with Axis Insurance for almost 15 years.  Shane and Deanna have always gone above and beyond my expectations.  I have referred all of my family, lots of friends, and almost all of my clients to Shane and Deanna. Never once have I had a complaint.  They work hard to save people money and in the event there is a claim my friends at Axis are there 100% working with the insurance provider to solve the problems.  I've had claims with my car and my house and when my mother passed Shane was there straight away to help solve any issues involving my Mom's policies. Amazing!!!

I've known Shane Turner for a couple years now, and I know him as a very caring, honest, hard working insurance agent.  And because he owns an independent insurance agency, he works with multiple insurance carriers.  This allows him to place his customers with the carrier that is the best fit for his or her individual insurance needs.  I would recommend him to anybody

This place is TERRIBLE!!!  I worked with AXIS to get three separate business quotes, and every other week they would contact me for more information.  They do not return phone calls, or emails.  They only contact you when they feel like it, I have no idea how this place is still in business.  They can't even offer most of the insurances you need; instead they contact other insurance companies and try to get quotes, then they raise the price and send it your way.  I will never use this company again
