I called in to inquire about health insurance for my recently born son. I was transferred to someone for a quote and he was not even there. It is 2:40pm in the afternoon on a Monday. I am unsatisfied with this company’s customer service. EDIT: After leaving a voicemail, I have now waited 24 hours with no call back. That is a shame.

My wife was in an accident with someone that used your agency. She is 7 months pregnant and had our 2 year old daughter with her in the car. After being shaken up and dealing with the police, we tried to get in touch with your office to get claims filed and taken care of. A girl answered the phone and let me know that "the guy you need to talk to isn't here, he might be back tomorrow". I asked to talk to anyone that could help us right now so that we could actually have a vehicle to drive home. She put me on a long hold and came back to let me know that she would be transferring me to someone else. The phone rang to VM which stated that I could press 0 to speak to the front office again. I pressed 0 only to find that the answering machine came on to let me know that the office was closed. Office hours say until 5pm, I hung up after ALL of this at 4:57! Horrible customer service. You're an insurance agency and should treat these types of situations with more care.

We recently insured sought out auto insurance quotes on our company vehicles, and Beehive found us policies that were roughly half the other quotes we received.
