They give the worst service ever. The girls that run this office (Whitney & Mary) are rude and unprofessional. They misquoted me 3 different times and then tried to blame me and say I didn't hear them correctly when I take notes because I am aware of their antics. They did this to me the year prior on my homeowners policy too. I should have known then to leave this company. There are way better agents that write for Bear River than Pinnacle I would suggest using anybody but them.

Fantastic service and easy to work with. Judy made sure that we got rock bottom rates and didn't pressure us into anything. Instead of selling us whatever she made sure that we got the best deal by trying different combinations and variations if insurance options.

So unprofessional. They over charged me three times and some how "lost" my payment. They never can return or pick up calls and if they ever do they are rude. If you want to see for yourself go inside their office yourself and see how unorganized it is there.

Thank You COLE and Company! Cole Robinson was able to find me the Coverage that I didn't even know that I needed for Rate that I didn't think would even cover the bare minimums. I guess I didn't even know what I didn't know until I talked to Him! I would refer anyone I knew to Him!
