I love everything about my stays at the Ayres Suites Ontario Mills.  The staff are super friendly (recognized me and called me by name); the accommodations are always clean and comfortable; and the breakfasts and Happy Hours cannot be beat!!  On the occasions that I use the shuttle service, the drivers are so friendly and courteous.

Very friendly staff, complementary breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. It's nicely equipped with sectional sofa with fold out bed, big screen TV, good size desk and little wet bar with mini fridge. Lots of restaurants and movie theater within walking distance.

My favorite place to stay in the area.  Staff is great for group events and you can't beat the price for such great accommodations.  PS the breakfast cook...... She is the best ever... Hands down

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were friendly and I ran into the manager in the elevator in the morning. She was pleasant and asked how everything was going and if I needed anything to make my stay more enjoyable. Rebecca, the airport shuttle driver was a gem as well. The room was comfortable and the hotel was clean. The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch as well.

The room was nice, very spacious clean and, breakfast was great. The only downfall was there was no bedding in the room for the pullout. I had to request some, it took forever to get to me and all they brought me were sheets.
