Hotel is great! Love the feeling when you walk in, very open. The room I had was perfect and comfy. They've got a coffee Bean located as soon as you enter which is awesome. A bit more pricey though, which is understandable in a hotel. The barista was super nice and was working alone which sucked because she had a huge line! She kept her cool though.

Rented a car here. Love the people that work at the car rental place. They were helpful, sweet, and I would go back there solely because of them. The hotel seemed nice. Close to the airport. We parked there for a few days even though we were not guests and they didn't tow our car, which was nice.

Very very welcoming staff. Very professional. The service among the waitstaff was absolutely top notch. They never let our coffee cups get below the halfway mark at breakfast. The dinner service was also far above average. The only reason it’s not five stars is because the sleeping rooms could use just a bit of an upgrade...

Love this place. Easy to get to. Never crowded. Great dining experience. Lots of meeting rooms. Plenty of parking and attentive staff.

Been here a few time when me and my wife want to get away. She loves shopping and close to Ontario mills mall. The rooms are large and always clean and fresh. My wife loves the balcony where she can sit and drink her morning coffee... as for the staff amazing and very helpful
