My husband and I always come to this theater and we always enjoy it. This last visit was a different story. We actually ate dinner at the Marquee Suites this time with our show and I got so sick before the movie was even over. I had food poisoning and ended up being sick the rest of the night. After we left my husband started getting sick too! I had thought maybe it was just me and so i went back into the movie after I got sick and then I ended up getting sick more and more so we ended up having to leave the movie because of the bad food we were served. Tried to tell a manager but I was too sick to stick around and talk. Service was good but food was horrible and made us so sick the rest of the night. Just frustrating because their pricing is very expensive and we were wanting to have a nice night out and instead we both ended up puking all night. Together we had a ham cal zone, french fries, hot dogs and a soft pretzel. I am not sure what it was but I have never been so sick in my life!

Clean, very pleasant staff, in the Grand screen theater the sound and screen are great but the volume was too loud. More than just a few guests held ears during the loudest scenes. We have been to this theater many times and always enjoy our experience, but it seems they think louder is clearer, which is not true.

Since this theater was built I don't go anywhere else. It is one of the cleanest and freindly theaters in the area, and the marquee suites make the best movie experience you can have. The Return policy isn't the best since you have to go to the theater before the show. I couldn't go to the showing because of bad weather and couldn't get a return on them because I had to be their in person. If you can buy tickets online you should be able to return them online. Their online website could also use some work.

The establishment itself is top-notch. I gave a four star for the management not removing a person using his cell phone and vaping during my showing of Black Panther, despite me taking the time to contact them about it.. Edit: Lowered to a three star after looking through the reviews. The owner only says thanks to the 5 stars and doesn't care to address anyone's issues. FYI, that's terrible practice. I hope those few regulars can keep your business afloat. I'd advise you hire a social media director to actually make you look good and do the work you should be doing, but obviously don't care enough to do. 🙄

Bought tickets to movie online and was charged a $3 fee which wasn't mentioned until after transaction was finalized. Ticket prices to high. A large water was $5.18; robbery! Sneak snacks in is my recommendation. Seating was comfortable and bathrooms clean.
