Way overpriced tickets! And long lines for concessions, which are way overpriced, like over $8 for a popcorn! Seats hurt my back. Very uncomfortable makes you feel like you sitting in the classroom at school. I took my family of 4 to the matinee and it cost me literally $60 for everything. They keep apologizing saying we want to give you a 5 star experience so let us know what we can do... but nothing is ever being done. Watch out Northstar! If another theater hits town you will be out of business, Because this theater is not enjoyable.

Thereare better theaters in Springfield with lower ticket prices. It feels lime half the seats here are broken down. Usually doesn't smell too nice. I understand concessions are usually high, but they want $6 for a bottle of water and they took out all of the water fountains in the building. This place is due for an update.

Took a while to get sound and picture working, at least we didn't miss much.  The screen has a bad spot right in the middle and it was very distracting.  Seats weren't very comfortable, but I've sat in worse theaters.

I feel this theater is over priced for the quality that you receive. The movie was great but my time was ruined when a man walked in with a back pack. This may mean nothing to most people but with all the MASS SHOOTINGS, it made me very uncomfortable to know the staff let him in without even checking it! Wake up people, shootings happen even in small towns. They need to change their policies & be aware of what is happening in the world today. I will not be returning. I’ll drive the 45 minutes to Pittsburg with lower prices, cleaner facilities & more pleasant staff.

Easy to get in and out. Plenty of help. Comfortable seats. Good sound. Temperature was comfortable. The restrooms were clean. Only 2 reasons to keep from giving 5 stars. First, I hate movie theater concession pricing. Way too expensive. Second, there was an annoying black spot on the screen.
