This place would have rated 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of service at the concession stand. They only ever have 2 people at best working concessions and it's a long wait in line. The line to the concessions was all the way to the door when I went the last time. There is no point in getting free refills and ordering a large popcorn when you have to miss 10 or 15 minutes of your movie to get anything. Other than that I like this theater. Sound and picture quality is good and the place is consistently clean.

We always enjoy watching movies here. It is well guarded, so no riff raff. It is kept clean. Staff is always friendly. Movie quality both visually and audibly are always flawless. The price on popcorn and sodas is the only complaint, but it is the same as everywhere else. We like going here.

I do not recommend this theater. I showed up to see a movie 10 minutes before the start time. There is a sign outside that says buy your tickets at concession. Okay. So I go in line to where ach concession line is 15 people deep. Stand in line for over 10 minutes to finally get to the front and be told, oh no, you can't buy tickets in this line, you have to go to the one at the end. The worker gestures to another line which of course, is 15 people deep. So I go and stand in that line, where the worker is both selling tickets and dishing out popcorn, pizza, and other food. Wait another 10 minutes, which at this point my movie is now 15 minutes started, and finally give up in frustration and leave the theater. If you don't want to staff your theater, don't open it.

Our movie started and the image wasn't adjusted for the screen. An employee came out and patiently took our questions and let us know the movie would be fixed and replayed from the beginning, if not we would be offered a refund. 
I'm glad it didn't come to that. The film was delightful.

Visited with some friends to see the new Jumanji movie and had a good time.
The 2-star rating reflects the condition of the theater and prices of concessions. There was popcorn all over the lobby floor, the bathrooms weren't in good order, and the theater I was in wasn't very clean either.
I doubt it was a lack of staffing. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, but not all of them were working... including a couple of managers that were standing around talking.
The staff seemed irritable to have to be there, and weren't pleasant to speak with at all.
If it weren't for the company I was with, and a movie that ended up being enjoyable to watch, this would have been a 1-star review.
