Had to get a watch battery.  Brook was super helpful and installed it for me.  Was also curious about some of the rings and she was very helpful displaying excellent customer service.  Highly recommend

NEVER SHOP HERE. We were outrageously overcharged. We had two fitbit Alta metal wristbands adjusted by having links removed and were charged $44.00. The total time it took was about 10 minutes. That's more than it cost to buy them. I was flabbergasted by the price.

I stopped in B&C Jewelers for a birthday gift for my 27 year old daughter. I had no idea what to look for and the staff was very helpful in pointing me towards a necklace and earrings that were simple, elegant and in my budget. My daughter loved them both and wears them almost every day. Thank you, B&C!

I took a matted ring to the store to get the placement of the stone fixed. They said they could take care of it but it would cost $70 because the stone would have to be taken out and put back. I said ok. When I picked up the ring all of the matting had been shined. I didn't ask for this, but was told that customers like it when their jewelry is shined. Sure, if it was a shined ring that got faded, but this was specifically a matted ring. The lady rudely shrugged, until I kept pushing, and she said they could fix it but would have to charge me. I was flabbergasted that something I wasn't told would happen to my ring, was done, then I was going to get charged for it. Ultimately they offered to fix it for free, but by that end I was disgusted by the treatment and didn't trust them with my jewelry anymore. They were rude, and really upset me. They gave me a 30% discount for the "trouble." I would have paid full price for respect and good work. I live two blocks away from this place and never plan on returning.
