I had a water problem in a rear stairwell leading down to my basement door at the rear of the house. When we had heavy rains and the water table was high, the bottom of the stairwell would fill up with water and then come into the basement. B-Dry came and recommended a solution using a sump pump to the right of the basement door, putting a drain grate at the bottom of the stairwell, and connecting the drain to the sump. A two man crew showed up on the day scheduled and worked very efficiently and got the job done by the end of the day. The workmanship was excellent and the site was left clean with all the construction debris removed. As a retired engineer I was impressed with their work and their suggestions for running the water exit piping. It rained that evening and the water table was already high from previous rains. The system worked very well and no water got into stairwell because it was captured by drainage system. I monitored the sump pump for a couple of days until the water table around the stairwell went down to where the pump did not need to operate. No more bailing out the stairwell for me! I'm a very happy customer of B-Dry System M/E of N. Billerica, MA and would recommend them without reservation.

I had the good fortune of having B-Dry waterproof my basement. They provided a reasonable estimate and installed one sump pump with two pumps and French drains around the perimeter of my basement. The work was do very well and in a timely manner (just TWO days). I was very pleased with excellent work that B-Dry provides. The site was left clean and the workers covered all of my belongings with drop cloth. The customer service I received on the phone from Jackie was top notch. I would not have this type of work done with anyone else but B-Dry. Lastly, their service is warrantied for the duration of the home not just the owner. Make the right choice and use B-Dry!

We recently had a french drain put in our home with B-Dry and we could not be happier with the experience! From meeting with them for a quote to the finished product, they were extremely knowledgable, professional, courtious and affordable. We feel their employees went above and beyond to ensure the work was done right. Highly recommend them!

Excellent service- Fair price - Professional installers and clean up- Had 3 days of rain as they left and garage was totally dry.

I could not have asked for a more professional experience all-around.  Starting with our estimate, Don Fraser was fair and honest about the job.  He followed up, but was not pushy.  He was insistent on not cutting any corners on the job, but was able to consider cost and our needs.  I had to delay the job for personal reasons and they were very accommodating.  When the job began the team worked two long and hard days.  After seeing this job through completion, I now understand the level of professionalism that it takes to complete it.  The crew were true craftsmen and have unbelievable precision with very powerful tools.  The amount of concrete that was moved in and out of my place was astounding.  The team that was on site even made improvements that were not in the original plan, once they opened up the floor and saw what they were dealing with.  I commented to the team, multiple times, how impressed I was with them.  They worked in an extremely neat and expeditious manner, given that this is a very dirty job.  They hung plastic, floor to ceiling, and protected all of our valuables.  I really can't say enough about B-Dry and would use them for other services, without question.  This was the most professional organization that I have invited into my home to perform work.  A huge thank you to the whole team for making a dry basement a certainty in my house.  It will really add to the value of our home forever.
